The 2023 Holiday Mug from Kaytea flouts the naysayers who say the Bay Area is in a “Doom Loop,” by celebrating the “City of Light & Shadow.”

Using California Red Clay from upriver near Sacramento (yep, it is the color of The Bay after a good winter rain!), and textures collected around San Francisco and Oakland in 2023, the mugs celebrate the resilience and beauty of the post-pandemic Bay Area.

Most of these mugs are rather large, for those lazy tea-and-fog filled afternoons.
